I’ve been cracking my nuckles on my fingers all my life. Will I get arthritis?
no, it’s just a myth crack away!
i hope not cuz ive been responsibility it to
NO! So do I, but there was study recently done on that, and they found that it’s really excellent for your nuckles. It was just an ancient wives tale…keep crackin baby!
no
Nope, you’ll just annoy people around you (maybe).
yes becouse every time you crack them your pushing the fluid out between the nuckles it is terrible for you
That is a wifes tale. I have done it forever, I just have larger nuckles I reflect.
No you can’t get artheritis you would just get man hands
No.
Cracking knuckles is merely expelling the gas that builds up inside joints. While it is annoying, it isnt harmful.
I reflect its a possibility i just hope not because i do as well.
I’ve been responsibility it for years and I don’t have arthritis.
nope its a myth. People in the 1800’s didnt like their kids building that noise in church so they told them that so they would stop.
all cracking your knuckles does is release nitrogen from your joints that builds up. it releases naturally anyway if you dont crack them
My grandma used to tell me that so i would stop. but its very addictive. I dont reflect you will though because i been responsibility it since i was like 5 and im 20 now and nothing incorrect with the hands and i dont have man hands either lol
they say its terrible for you but you might get run over by a bus tomorrow.if not, the cancer or the tax-man will kill you so go on pal…crack away!
no, the crack you hear is really a fluid sac which support the knuckles. if you have noticed, the sac refills with fluid after a few hours. sometimes less then that. arthritis is caused by the cartiledge basically disentregating over time. not by cracking your knuckles
No, I never heard of people getting arthritis from cracking their fingers.Though your knuckles will get lager from constantly cracking it.
yes,you hurt cartilage ever time you do that
Most likely it will not cause arthritis. (By that, I mean increase your chances for arthritis by itself.) There has been small research into whether cracking your knuckles causes arthritis, which is why I say “likely not” instead of no.
That said, knuckle cracking can tear or stretch the ligaments in your fingers, or dislocate a finger. You can also develop swollen hands and reduced hand strength as you age. Therefore, it isn’t wise to crack them repeatedly.
i dunno…i’ve been cracking my knuckles too for ever and i’m only 23 and have arthritis in my hands…i dunno if it came from popping my knuckles or not…
