    • Cowgirl Nurse:

All of the things you mentioned won’t cure arthritis. If its rheumtoid arthritis, that is more severe than osteoarthritis.
But the things that do help are anti-inflammatory medications and heat to the effected joints for pain control.
See your doctor instead of believing the silly nonsense you read on the internet.

Yes, many home remedies do work. Especially foods that reduce inflamation. Please visit my blog on arthritis treatments:

While I agree with Cowgirl Nurse not to read silly websites on the Internet extolling ‘miracle cures’ ; Dorennes’ website of self help for arthritic pain is very excellent.

Much of what Dorenne mentions on Capcaisin cream and foods that reduce inflammation are mentioned in a book written by Immunologist William Joel Meggs in his book “”The Inflammation Cure”. Chapter 9, page 106 mentioned foods that are the best at reducing inflammation like that responsible for some arthritic conditions, some heart conditions, both types of diabetes, obesity, some cancers, fibromyalgia etcetera.
