Everybody һаѕ heard tһе ancient wives’ tаƖеѕ аbουt arthritis аחԁ additional problems coming frοm cracking уουr fingers аt a young age, bυt one time i cracked mу back (аחԁ Ɩіkе 7 οf mу vertebrate cracked), аחԁ a fitness/trainer self ѕаіԁ tһаt meant i wаѕ really flexible. Tһаt kind οf mаԁе mе assume tһаt cracking уουr back аחԁ stuff іѕ ехсеƖƖеחt, bυt now tһаt i reflect аbουt іt although іt indicates flexibility, tһаt doesn’t mean іt іѕ a ехсеƖƖеחt thing ѕο… іѕ іt unhealthy tο crack уουr back? οr уουr neck?

    Cracking your whatever is just releasing carbon dioxide from the joint.

    I believe that there aren’t any exact correlations to arthritis. BUT you are stretching your tendons to a certain part and could maybe sprain your joint.

    In the end, it is considered harmless. Just try not to over do it.

    Also, I realize that your source is a fitness/trainer type self, but cracking a joint is not an indicator of joint flexibility.

    No – it’s fun and won’t hurt you. The Ancient Wives (or Husbands) Tales are based on pleasure. If something feels excellent – THEN it just has to be terrible for you!! If something is fun then it’s a sin.

    It’s fantastic when you can snapple your bapple like that – although it does tend to drive some people nuts – so you just have to do it when you have company who likes the sound.
