    A friend at work has RA and she’s pregnant ~ she’s never felt better! Her doctor told her that once the body knows there’s a baby coming, it goes into “baby mode” and directs all resources to the health of the baby. Excellent thing… since you can’t take funky drugs while pregnant.

    When she got pregnant, she wasn’t experiencing a flare up… not sure if that had an effect or not.

    I have RA and had a baby 2 yrs ago and felt fantastic,but Should say that I have lupus so I was high risk.Never felt better during my 9 months and post porum.I was off meds all 9 mths but a mths or later my body was the same and place back on all my meds and now I doing fine. hope this helps you excellent luck.
