I´m sorry. I dont have any experiences with Arthrits, only with Arthrose. But my knees also hurt sometimes when I go upstairs. But with WD40 no, there is no experience that I have. Maybe you better ask a doctor.
I only have experiences with homöopathica. Good experiences!

NO!! I had shoulder surgery and ended up with frozen shoulder. I had heard about WD40 and asked the therapist about it. He said not to use it. WD40 has lead in it and by using it, you can give yourself lead poisoning!
Another note: I have arthritis very bad in my hands. Couldn't make a fist, very painful to use hands. My kids talked me into playing Mario on their Nintendo game machine. It hurt my hands but I continued to play. After a few days, the pain went away. I am able to make a fist and have full use of my hands again. If I complain about pain my daughter asks if I have been playing my Mario. I say no and she tells me to go play! I couldn't believe how much playing a game using a controller actually helped me! So, i fyou have pain from arthritis, find some form of exercising that uses the joint. It will be painful to start but the exercising makes it better.

On the contrary Lady of the Lake, WD40 is not a petroleum based product. It is a fish oil based product. Additionally, the skin absorbs actually very little of what's placed on it. Only a few substance can actually penetrate and transmit through our skin barrier. That's why lotions fortified with vitamins are crap and a waste of $$$. WD40 probably can not pentrate the skin, so it's use for arthritis is doubtful, but its fish oil base may fuel this belief because of fish oil's natrual anti-inflammatory properties.

DMSO is only one of a few substance which can penetrate the skin, and strangely can take other non skin pentrating substances along with it. It's used for arthritis off-label.

I have heard of this remedy for Arthritis, however, I have do not have any experience with it. My question would go beyond the 'supposed relief'... why would anyone want to put WD-40 purposefully on their skin, it is a petroleum product. The skin is the largest organ of the body and as such will absorb that which is placed on it. The liver will eventually have to try to detoxify this foreign substance from the body. With as much stress as we put on our liver through lifestyle and enviornmental pollutants, do we really want to add things such as this to our overloaded system?

The best and most natural relief from arthritis has been acheived by hydrating the system. Drinking tap, filtered or bottled water will not hydrate the body sufficiently to, detox and cleanse the body. These waters are all acidic. "Healthy Waters" such as Propel are even more acidic than soda. It takes ten glasses or more of alkaline water to balance the PH of one glass of soda. The body is constantly trying to detox itself of acid waste. Acid waste is as a result of the foods we eat, stressful lifestyles and environmental pollutants. No dis-ease can live in an alkaline state. That is why it is important to alkalize the body. One glass of alkaline water will hydrate the body better than gallons of any other water you can consume. Many people report a reversal of diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and even weight loss.

Alkaline water can be purchased through a health food store though through time it will get to be quite expensive and the oxidative reduction potential (its ability to reduce free radicals in the body is usually not up to par, if it exists at all). I purchased my alkaline antioxident water device through:
www.ionways.com/devore

Through research I found that all alkaline water units are not alike. This is the best on the market today and is half the price of some.

There are archived conference calls featuring Dr. Robert Young, researcher and author of the PH Miracle book series on www.ionwaystv.com. The beginning of the calls are people introducing them selves so bring it up and grab yourself a cup of tea until you get past this part. The rest is good information I believe you will find useful. Hope this helps. You can contact me if you have further questions at drdhdv@yahoo.coml

yeah, i spray a little on all my stiff joints every morning.
Makes a great substitute for coffee creamer as well.
And nothing works as well as good ol' WD40 for getting your head out of your butt when its stuck there.

I'm sorry, I don't have experience of this. As far as I know WD40 is used to loose knuts or jammed connections and on engines but I never heared that it is good for arthritis. I'm not saying that it 's not true but I think it is farfetched. If you find it good let us know. Arthritis is caused because of immovable joints especially in the fingers , feet and others parts of the body and there is no medical cure for it to heal it. You have just to warm up the part. So if it really works it would help a really big number of people.
