You’ve got to discuss this with your rheumatologist.
You could try using magnets to relieve the pain. I use them for pains in my shoulder and neck and establish they are quite effective.
It is said that people with RA have establish some relief in using magnets to relieve their pain. People have been using magnets in this fashion for centuries and many people crash their effectiveness.
But I don’t have RA and I would consult a doctor before using them while you’re pregnant.
