    hmmm… fascinating…

  • ncfwhitetigress:

    it’s about parasites.

  • ncfwhitetigress:

    no. plants don’t “eat.”

  • tabletopphoto:

organic isn’t necessarily more healthful than those laboratory-made and chemically-synthesized bell peppers you buy from the grocery pile.

  • tabletopphoto:

Plants eat worm shit. gonna stop intake carrots? Sounds more mental than excellent for your health.

  • tabletopphoto:

The more I’ve learned the more I realized I need to be a nutritionist to be on top of things, and everything in our diets are terrible for us, and commercial farming is terrible for us. Pesticides are terrible for us, hormones are terrible for us. Farming is terrible for us, fishing is terrible for us, breathing is terrible for us, intake is terrible for us, our water is terrible for us, the sun is terrible for us…..and when it comes down to us, living is terrible for us. Its impossible to keep up. How do you live with out being paranoid?

  • PE425:

As long as we are in the context of curtailing INFLAMATION, I agree with Natalie, but for most healthful individuals, I would respectfully disagree, or at least caution against significant reduction in arachidonic acid for those that are highly active, and especially for those that regularly lift weights and are trying to build / maintain muscle mass.

  • PE425:

For most people interested in building / maintaining muscle mass, and if you are also maintaining adequate amounts of omega-3′s, excess arachidonic acid should not become an issue.

  • samsonthehero:

@3:44 “So now we know that arachidonic acid directly causes inflammation”…Do we, really?

  • ncfwhitetigress:

yeah i’ve chose not to eat shit-intake animals from now on so i guess tilapia now goes on the no-no list.

  • HelmutVonSphincter:

Tilapia eat bass shit. Farm raised bass are went to another tank, tilapia are let in, they eat the poop. Then you eat the turd-intake fish. I saw it on Dirty Jobs.

  • ncfwhitetigress:

i guess i’ll cut down on tilapia then

  • ncfwhitetigress:

    get free range and organic

  • greatbydesign33:

Fantastic job and as typical fantastic a video Natalie.
Thanks for the service you give.
Snub any dumb observations made by some of the morons on here.

  • anonymous11223345:

    thaks . very informative vid
exceptional omega-3 fatty acid rich sources for protection against inflammation: flaxseed oil , walnut

  • rich0292:

ok ive heard this elsewhere, a ratio of omega 6 and omega 3 in the diet, when tipped too far to omega 6 is linked to this health problem. it is nearly impossible to be deficient in omega 6 in the western diet, its in nearly everything, especialy vegetable oils (olive, sunflower etc.). omega 6 ratio is larger in animal products (meat, butter, eggs milk etc.) that have been farmed unaturaly (as she says), you can rebalance this ratio in favour of omega 3 by intake orgnicly farmed animal products.

  • TheMaineShag:

    are eggs pro inflammation?

  • ertq986:

i vote natalie as most perky breasts on youtube.

  • BaileyLush:

Fantastic vid! You and Bellonzi are the only reason I subscribed:) Keep it up!

  • BaileyLush:

Lol she does have muscular arms. Not disgustingly so. She looks very healthful. Like a water polo player.

  • cxzc78:

    i reckon natalie is juicing.

  • RMCrowley:

    Natalie are you on steroids?
    Your arms are huge

  • iamgabrielf:

Correction: She IS an exceptional spokeswoman for a healthful diet.

  • iamgabrielf:

I plotting you might be joking about the 10 kids, but it’s nice to read it anyway. Besides, it really would be a helpful recipe… jk.

I agree. She would make an exceptional spokeswoman for a healthful diet.
