Please get you a Flax seed pillow, they are smaller than a regular pillow, they can be microwaved or place into the freezer for a cold pack. When my back starts hurting i get my pillow and microwave it for 2 minutes and when i lay down i place it where the pain is, oh soo nice, this even works for cold feet when you go to bed, place it down by your feet. You may have to go to a health food pile to find the pillow, if you cannot find one, you can make your own just fill a cloth bag with about a medium bag of uncooked rice. Fasten up the end. Dont wet it but.
