		<description>Ok it really depends on the severity of your arthritis. If it is really severe (based on x-rays and MRI), a chiropractor may not be able to help. 
However, with early arthritis, movement in the joints is very good and chiropractic can really help keep the movement in your neck. 

Also, the pain relief varies from patient to patient. Some patients find a great amount of relief while others do not. However, they all mention how much more movement they have in their neck after the adjustments.
