I ɡοt kicked іח tһе thumb, bυt іt didn’t brеаk. Bυt, over a year later, іt still һυrtѕ sometimes. Same wіtһ a foot injury I ɡοt nearly 20 years ago!

    I know what you’re talking about. I’m not sure of any scientific evidence to back it up. I have a dread of the same thing, especially since my jaw was broken in a car accident and then broken again to repair it.

    its possible, you need to use you thumb and foot. The more you use it the less likely you are to develop arthritis in those areas. I learned this when I hurt my knee.
