I’ve bееח nagged bу numerous family аחԁ friends tο ѕtοр cracking mу fingers, bυt i’ve аƖѕο heard frοm many people tһаt іt doesn’t lead tο arthritis, ѕο wһісһ іѕ іt?

    I reckon that’s a myth.
    But I reckon cracking your fingers can lead to bent fingers.
    I crack my fingers too, but I try not to do It as much.

    No it does not, there isn’t a single study out there that supports this claim. It is not clearly known what causes the sound but it appears that it doesn’t harm your joints.

    Hi i questioned a doctor in my family because i do it and he said it does not lead to arthritis but the more you do it the weaker your ligaments will get in your fingers. This may cause pain later on in life or weakness in your hands. He not compulsory not doing it.
