Can you really get arthritis by cracking your knuckles?

I crack mу knuckles аƖƖ tһе time аחԁ mу parents keep going “don’t crack уουr knuckles,don’t crack уουr knuckles іt causes arthritis” аחԁ i don’t know іf іt’s rіɡһt οr חοt.

    It’s a wive’s tail. There is currently NO statistically valuable line of reasoning for not cracking your knuckles. The primary potential downfall would be an increased laxity of the joing (more flexible), which might increase your risk of injuring it.

    I’m nearly 40 years ancient. I’ve been cracking my knuckles since I was about 10. No arthritis so far….

    No, there is no scientific evidence to support this.

    But, with that said, crackling noises and joints that crack when making schedule can be a sign of Arthritis, which is a symptom of arthritis called Crepitus. So, if joints crackle all the time or when making normal schedule, it would be something to keep an eye on.
