I’ve tried magnetic and copper bracelets with no consequences. I do, but, LOVE my ionic bracelet. I naturally wear a Q-ray but I have tried other brands. The i-renew sucked, broke in five minutes. The Trion-z is a excellent low cost one and I reckon the power band is the other one I liked. They work for hand and wrist pain. I really was so skeptical that I wore mine for a month then convinced for myself it wasn’t working. Took it off and felt the difference surrounded by one day. That sold me. Excellent luck!

Drinking water kept overnight in a copper container accumulates traces of copper, which is said to strengthen the muscular system. A copper ring or bracelet is worn for the same reason.

    Nope, they’re a scam.

In fact all of these bands, bracelets, pendants etc are cast iron to have NO effect at all (unless you’re a bit gullible and imaginative!)
