My initial suggestion would be to try an eliptical machine for exercise but if you are having issues from simply walking, then I dont reckon that will help.
My sanction would be to take some swimming classes. It will help by reducing tension buildup on your joints while exercising.
Yoga would be a excellent solution as well. You can certainly tone the body and help stimulate bloodflow to joints and muscles without causing too much strain.
As for the diet, eat sensibly. Eliminate all sugars, wheat, gluten (establish in bread and pasta), dairy and anything that is processed.
Eat plenty of lean meats (i.e. chicken and failure) and fishes, vegatables, fruits in the morning. Nuts are excellent source of protein and natural stout that your body requires. Bake, broil, or grill your food instead of frying. Remember to drink plenty of water.
The first thing is your diet. Reduce your carbs and sugar. Focus on lean meats, vegetables, and grains. Then, eat more frequently. If you have 3 square meals a day, simply divide them in half and interval them 2 hours apart. Frequent intake in small parts increases metabolism. Next, if you’re like me, I can’t walk or run. So I use the stationary bike and adjust the seat such that my legs don’t fully extend, and use an simple setting so the peddling is not so hard. I like to weight train, but don’t do exercises that affect the knees. Learn to work around it. If been dealing with this since childhood and am over 40 now. You can do it.
watching your diet, and try to exercise in a pool. It will take the weight off of the joints and make it a bit simpler. There are pools open 365 days of the year out there.
Make sure you keep yourself moving to avoid stiffing up even more.
Eat healthful foods from the food guide and watch your calorie intake,
you can look up how many calories you need in a day online according to your height etc.
Would also suggest trying apple cider vinegar with “mother” in it. My joints bothered me a lot. My grandpa used to use it and plotting I would give it a shot and noticed a huge difference surrounded by weeks. I take an ounce mixed with a bit of honey in warm water twice a day.
Eat small meals and try to consume enough protein rich foods like lean meats, chicken and omega fatty acid foods like olives and extra virgin olive oil, nuts, avocados and also fruits and veggies, make sure that you take your omega supplements like Flax seed oil and Fish oil as they really help your joints if you want to stay active, which you should. Try drinking at least 8 glasses of water and at least 4 cups of conservational tea which is excellent for inflammation and losing weight. Make sure that you dress warm in cold weather and stay active and in a positive state of mind. Stay away from quick food and junk food as it will only set you back on your weight loss progress. /:)
