    You can help the shape up by taking supplements like Glucosamine and Condroitin, they may help relieve the symptoms. You can also lose weight (if your overweight) and exercise with low-impact exercises, such as, aerobics, using a ski machine (like Nordic Trac) or swimming.

    When you get a shower concentrate the water (as hot as you can stand – without scolding) on the areas that hurt. Let the water run over those areas for about 5 minutes – this may help lossen the stiffened joints. If you are okay with over-the-counter medicine then try an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen or Aleve.
