For the sinus wash your face with warm water and salt…..it helps. And for arthritis………..man, i have that really terrible so i have to take pain meds but you could try Advil, it’s anti-inflammatory…take like 3 or 4 at a time if it’s real terrible. Take HOT showers or bath. Try to stay warm…..really it depends on WHAT type of arthritis you have??????????? There are many…like rheumotoid or degenerative (like i have)………and a few others….but i take anti-inflammatories for mine ….excellent luck!

Arthritis cant be cured. I wish it could. I have had it for over 30 years. If youre tired of being on medication, you just have to deal with it. People with cancer get tired of chemo. If you reckon you have it terrible, there is always someone who has it worse. In addition to rhuematoid, I also have Lupus. The only over the counter treatment for arthritis is NSAIDS. The ant-inflammatory affects help with the inflammation and puffiness. Mine has progressed to the point where over the counter treatment doesnt work, I have to go to a doctor regularly. But I eat right, exercise 4-5 times a week and take care of for myself. Alot of caring for yourself is psychological. You can make anything worse by telling yourself it is terrible. I refuse to let these diseases control my life. There are people in the world dying from simple, treatable diseases. I am thankful I have access to the medications that I have. Even though I have to take them daily.
