I have had chronic pain for 8-9 years (I'm 21 yrs. old). It started in my legs and then spread throughout my body until it was head to toe muscle pain, and joint pain. The joint pain was diagnosed as Gout (an acute form of arthritis in which uric acid builds up in the body and forms as chrystals on the joints). The joint pain has reduced alot after treatment. But I have yet to find out what the muscle pain is and get it treated. I thought a while back it was fibromyalgia, I need to ask my docter about that come to think of it. When I was in junior high I went to a physical therapist and they said I had very and unusally tight leg muscles...but that's all they could determine at that time. So [...]

I'm 41 and I have osteoarthritis on my spine. But I find that an accident on my leg when I was 17, which use to never bother me anymore, is what aches me the most. My leg and my foot, seems to act like a new/recent injury ache. Do old injuries tend to ache like in the movies and they say that a injury can tell when bad weather or cold is coming? (in regard to arthritis) I already know I have osteoarthritis so telling me what I already know doesn't get points.
