    The FDA suggests that you don’t exceed 4g (4000mg) per 24 hours. These should be in divided doses (not all at once).

    You can have a maximum of 2 tablets each 4 to 6 hours.

    The tablets or 300mg each. So you would be taking a maximum of 600mg each dose.

    Do NOT exceed 4g (4000mg) in 24 hours. So that would be around 6 and a half tablets.

    Try to take the aspirin with food to line the stomach and prevent nausea, pain of taking aspirin.
