Natural is far better than synthetic.

There are very few studies concerning the effectiveness of traditional Chinese herbs, but there is considerable skepticism. Consider that the shape of a leaf may determine the health claim attached to it, for example, if it looks like a heart then it is excellent for the heart. Similarly, ground tiger bones are supposed to do a number of things, but permanently pertaining to strength and energy, since tigers are strong and energetic, and eating the penis of some animals is supposed to improve virility simply because, well, it’s a penis. There’s nothing scientific about this.

Furthermore, it is a logical fallacy to say “natural is better” because plenty of things in nature are very terrible for you. Just eat poison berries for some proof of this. I would point out actual tablets over some wild, untested mythological plants (that probably are nothing more than placebos)–any day of the week.
