Flax seeds cure arthritis as does grey sea salts.

    Refined sugars also cause artheritis.

Sea salt by its nature is not iodized. In fact iodine added to salt mostly evaporates (sublimes) in a small t ime. Kelp or Lugol’s solution or Iodoral is the way to get iodine. And if the doctor t ancient them to s tay off salt, don’t interfere unless you are a doctor. I am not. I am 83. I use quite a bit of sea salt. I have no arthritis and my bp runs 120/80 or less.
    MSM helps. Loren.

does the sea salt have to be iodized? or should it be? haven’t been able to find iodized sea salt yet. does it exist? and what should I tell elderly people who say to me that they aren’t supposed to have salt due to high blood pressure?

Right about the loud buzzer! Anyway, I’ve been told to limit salt as much as possible. Maybe that doesn’t refer to sea salt but if so, I’d like to know.

Laughing about the first comment. Me and a friend I sent here..which your videos are a god send..we laugh and go buzz disconnect…

  • noonsplace:

    Hi Leparks,
I kinda like your videos–they seem sincere and make me wonder about your method of disconnecting from the cause of illness…i’ve watched a few of them tonight…I’m going to try the sea salt on my dog.( I reckon she has a canine form of MS–maybe the extra minerals will help that too!) Thanks for the suggestion and here’s hoping it relieves some of her pain.

  • BlueColdDog:

Thanks for the suggestion of the sea salt, although your video was to the top with wisdom I can only worry for the modest ancient lady listening intently to your words and being sent reeling when that blasted buzzer goes off abruptly. I’m glad I had a strong heart there.
